Kaupapa Kereru

For reading this week i red a book about kereru's here is my information. This story is about kereru's A.K.A wood piegon. Kereru's become adults at 1 or 2 years old. Kereru's eat fruit, twigs and many other stuff. For many iwi's  the kereru is very important and special to them, they also did a project on them. The kereru is threatened because of the maori's and the english. the English had animal stowaways like rats and ferrets that killed the kereru's.
