MATHS for Maths/Pangarau we are working on taku mokai we are trying to buy a pet and all it would need to live a happy life, Shelter, Food, Toys ect. MAHI TOI This week for art we are doing hand art we traced our hand onto a piece of paper and then we ruled lines across the page ruler width we are now vividing the lines in and colouring them in. Writing/Tuhituhi For tuhituhi we are writing about a plane that has animals as its employees. I learnt heaps from searching facts and putting it in my own words.

Art I am learning to draw a silhouette and try to blend pastel colours.  Maths For Maths we are in groups and we are flatting together. Visual mihi I am learning my mihi and putting it in a slide

I learnt how to put images in make text boxes and word art and i learned about butterfly's.

VARIETY BASH Today we had the charity variety bash come to our school today My favorite car was a yellow Ford Mustang GT here is a picture it is the one on the right. It was really cool because they were giving out free stuff and free food. Then all the cars cleared out and we had to go in the hall for some sort of show. Then I found out it was a magic show the guy that was taking it was super Hubert  and he did lots of magic tricks. One of his magic tricks he had a some cards and he made them smaller every time he squeezed  them. All of his tricks were exiting and fun for everyone.

Its 7 o clock in the morning and we are about to head to Te Matatini festival in Otautahi. We are split into 2 van groups but we are all seniors my van group is Anaru, Kahya, Cassidy, Mikaere, Lakin, and Te ora. On the way to Otautahi Anaru vomited it was bad but we didn't mind. When we arrived we met with the other group who were Tearu, Elijah, Kaha, Llewellyn, Mace and Matiu. And thanks to the parents and teachers who were tereina, Matua Emile, Whaea Michelle and Matua Tony the drivers were Matua Emile and Whaea Michelle. Te Matani festival was so good I got face paint on my face. I reall liked it. My sister also went the next day with a group from the high school. The performences were great I felt really inspired when I saw it. The groups were from Australia, The North island and the South island. For reading this week i red a book about kereru's here is my information. This story is about kereru's A.K.A wood piegon. Kereru's become adults at 1 or 2 years old. Kereru's eat fruit, twigs and many other stuff. For many iwi's  the kereru is very important and special to them, they also did a project on them. The kereru is threatened because of the maori's and the english. the English had animal stowaways like rats and ferrets that killed the kereru's.
